History
Peco Construction was founded by Peter Chan back in 1974. Peter began his career by taking on small renovation projects around Vancouver. Peter's home building career started when friends asked him to build a single family home on a 33 foot wide lot in Vancouver - it was a success that launched Peter as a home builder.
Today we are credited with introducing many innovations into the Vancouver construction market. We were the one of the first to introduce indoor swimming pools in the homes we built. Another innovation was the creation of an in-home theatre within a spec home.
Our business has grown substantially over the years through referrals and repeat customers. The father and son team of Peter and Wilson is always personally involved in all of a projects' details. They carry on the family business tradition of building their client's dream . Their commitment to service as well as dedication and supervision experience are also an asset to the growing business.
